HI, I’M DWAYNE K. SUTTON
You know, looking back, I’ve done some pretty cool stuff in my life. I have completed projects with HBO, Jordan, the NFL Players Association, Marriott, Universal Music Group, and Cox Media Group. I’ve built a series of successful media businesses and have been featured in local and national media. I used these experiences to deliver keynote addresses to world-class organizations like Duke University, Keller Williams and Marriott, and authored and published international bestselling courses and books on branding and entrepreneurship. Huh, not bad for a poor guy from little ole Camden, South Carolina (pop. 6,100).
But, when I’m asked what my favorite project or work was, my answer is clear: it was teaching at the collegiate level. Yup, hands down the best “job” I’ve ever had. Not only did I have big fun, but I also saw incredible transformations – students who came to me with many doubts left with many options. After winning two teaching awards, I knew that I had made an impact on them as they had made on me.
But, I didn’t stop there. I decided to take my knowledge, skills, and experiences to the global stage. I created online courses that have impacted people from around the world. In fact, over 68,400 people from 141 countries have paid to learn from me. I’m thankful.
See, nothing, and I mean nothing, brings me more joy than seeing an elementary school teacher I’ve helped build a six-figure blog or guiding a retired professional athlete through the launch of a podcast. I love seeing a housekeeper develop and market a seven-figure cleaning product just as much as a physician building a multi-million dollar social media and speaking platform.
